Each Growing Champion initiates a community project to lead change in an area that causes them immense setback such as poverty, hunger, being muted through abuse, the trauma of gender-based violence, lack of access to education, poor habits leading to addiction or social pressure that lead them to take on labels that hindered progress. Their project reflects their personal story of transformation. Each Champion helps the next to build their vision for a healthier community and form a network of skills, labour
and prayerful support. Each Growing Champion becomes an active, purposeful villager in pursuit of their shared vision of a better world.
