We Serve:

I learnt to give, not because I have much but because I know EXACTLY how it feels to have nothing. Children are often not seen , not heard and not given the love they desperately need but my team and I are here to change that. As Mohammed Gandhi said, “ The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service of others”. Remember that the happiest people are not those getting more but those giving more. I’ve learnt throughout my life that God gives us things to share not to hold onto. God bless you”

What We Do

We instill a feeling of being loved, cared-for and seen through engagement with our team and volunteers.
We improve the community’s health and well-being through increased access to wholesome food.
We include the ‘ We Teach Literacy Programme’ to enhance cognitive development, concentration, and academic performance.
We foster positive nutritional habits and educate the community on the importance of healthy eating through planting and harvesting.

How we do it

We provide items for daily living such as clothing, face cloths, stationery, shoes for the children etc, to remind them that they are valued and that we care about their hygiene, warmth and basic needs.
We run activity groups such as ‘Born Worthy - GC Loves Me’ to teach principles of human dignity and respect.
We cook and provide regular, nutritious meals to the community children and elders.
We Invite volunteers to join our work in the community by engaging in activities and serving at the community kitchen.
We arrange activities and guide our volunteers to arrange some of their own, that will, through fun-filled activities, stimulate growth in the children.
We collaborate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders to ensure programme success and sustainability by ongoing donations of meat, maize, grains, vegetables, spices, fruits, juice, cooking oil and gas

How to get Involved
